Most students complete the core modules in 4–6 weeks, but you’ll have lifetime access if you choose the all-in plan. That means you can revisit lessons, updates, and new resources anytime.

While the focus is on cruise ship careers, the skills you’ll learn — sales psychology, luxury brand knowledge, gemology basics, and high-end guest experience,  apply to any luxury retail or hospitality role, both at sea and on land.

We do have ties to the luxury industry for land based jobs as well, so once you finish the course, we will have a chat a decide which route is best for you!

Once you complete the program and we determine you’re ready, we’ll personally refer you to our network of cruise lines and luxury brand recruiters. This is available to students in the all-in plan who meet our readiness criteria.
